REFUND POLICY
Our products, gift cards, monetary gift card, cannot be return, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact our customer services by phone at 514-684-2737 or by email at [email protected].
Modification or cancellation of a reservation
You can modify or cancel a reservation no later than 48 hours before your treatment by contacting us by phone at 514-684-2737 or by email [email protected], otherwise a fee equal to 50% of the value of your treatment. you will be charged. If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full price of your treatment will be charged to your credit card.
